Wellness Coach |
|
| |
Hello! My name is
Jesse Erickson, and I am a proud
graduate of Slippery Rock
University, class of 2007. I
received my Bachelor’s of Science in
Exercise Science, and have a wide
range of personal training
experience with all ages, goals, and
levels of fitness.
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
I like to teach while
I train! Personal training is fun,
but there is a lot you can learn
about safety, execution of exercise,
and variety, in order to make you
more confident in the gym or at
home. I also have a great passion
to promote a different approach to
nutrition, which involves optimum
nutrients, real food, and cooking
simple meals with natural
ingredients. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Outside of training,
I have a love for music. I play
guitar, and am a singer/songwriter.
I enjoy playing locally, and just
moved back to my home town, after
being in Nashville for the past 3
years experiencing the music scene,
and of course continuing my career
as a personal trainer! |

|

Consistency and
motivation is the key to success
when it comes to transforming your
life in any area. You make the
decision to invest in your health,
and I will help teach you to follow
through and reach your vision so you
can be equipped to continue it for
life. Please let me show you how! |
